Bloom on the Grid is an interactive web-based installation that allows visitors to explore Taiwanese window grille culture through hands-on participation.

Participants could design their own patterns using pre-designed visual elements, adjust colours, and submit their work through a simple interface. Each submission appeared in real time on a large display, forming a collective visual archive shaped by audience interaction throughout the exhibition.

The installation was presented as part of a public exhibition at SaltSpace Gallery, where visitors were invited to interact directly with the system.

The project enabled real-time audience participation, with visitor-generated outputs accumulating over time and forming a dynamic collective display.

This demonstrated how the interaction design supported engagement and usability in a live exhibition environment.
